By using this website you agree to our terms and conditions. From time to time we may need to make changes to the terms and conditions, so please take a moment to check it when you access or use the website.

Nature of Website
Our website allows you to review and order products including lingerie, swimwear, nightwear and hosiery for delivery straight to your home. Details of our range of products and services are provided.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information contained within this website is correct, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to its accuracy.
We reserve the right to make changes or amendments, discontinue or suspend any product, service or aspect of our website including your access to it. All of the products and services on the website will be subject to the standard terms and conditions unless otherwise stated.
The terms and conditions currently available on this website replace any other previous versions.
Our website is only available to people who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law and you must be over 18 years old to use our methods of payment. If you’re not, you may not place an order for products or services.

Entire Agreement

Except as laid out here, these terms and conditions are the entire Agreement between us and supersede any prior understanding or Agreements (either written or oral).
You shall not be entitled to assign this Agreement with us or any part of it.
We reserve the right to delay the completion of any of our contractual obligations if we are hindered or prevented from doing so due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, provided that, if the circumstances in question continue for a continuous period in excess of 120 days, either party shall be entitled to give notice in writing to the other to terminate the Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, either under enactment or rule of law, such provision or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of the Agreement but the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall not be affected.
Any waiver by us of any breach of, or any default under, any provision of this Agreement by you will not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default and will in no way affect the other conditions of this Agreement.
No term or condition of this Agreement is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person who is not a party to the Agreement and you and we may exercise, without the consent of any third party, any rights you and we may have to amend or rescind this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

I live in the Channel Islands - will I have to pay VAT?

Exports from the UK to the Channel Islands are zero rated, you won’t have to pay any VAT charges for your order. We're accounting for 0% VAT, which means that your VAT has been charged at 0%, however the total price you see at checkout represents the total price payable by the customer, the amount charged for your order will not change and you won’t see any deductions on your confirmation email.

Gift Bags

Our gift bags are one size. Please note that basques, larger clothing and nightwear items may not fit inside your gift bag.  

Gift bags are a non-returnable and non-refundable item. If gift bags are returned to us, we are unable to return these back to you and a refund will not be issued. 

Promotions & Discounts

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including the application of discounts to items marked as on sale.

EMAIL WELCOME OFFER

1. This offer is only valid for new customers signing up to our mailing list and placing their first order.
2. Discount code must be applied at basket for discount to be applied.
3. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including items marked as on sale.
4. Pour Moi Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
5. If any item(s) are returned the refund amount will be calculated based on the following outcomes.
6. If the recalculated total order value remains higher the original offer threshold amount, the refund amount will be recalculated by discount value minus item(s) value. 
7. If the recalculated total order value is lower than the original offer threshold, the new order value will have the discount code reapplied to check whether it is still valid for one of the other offer threshold amounts. 
8. If recalculated order value is valid for one of the other offer threshold amounts, the new discount will be applied with the refund amount recalculated by new discount value minus item(s) value.
9. If recalculated order value is no longer valid for any of the offer threshold amounts, the offer is void and refund amount is recalculated by original discount value minus item(s) value.

REFER A FRIEND SCHEME

Referrer offer

1. The referrer is offered a discount for each friend who orders for the first time.
2. This offer can be shared for 6 months from the date of acceptance by the referrer.
3. In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Pour Moi and over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
4. There is no requirement for the referrer to be an existing Pour Moi customer.
5. In order to share this offer the referrer must be over the age of 18.
6. Rewards will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Pour Moi, multiple rewards will be delivered to the referrer. A Referrer may not earn more than 5 within any 24 hour period or 25 within last 12 months or 1500 GBP of reward value within last 12 months.
7. Rewards will be credited to the referrer within two weeks of the referred friend's purchase provided the referred friend's purchase is not cancelled and the referred friend's purchase meets the other conditions of this offer.
8. The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has purchased and when the reward has been earned.
9. Rewards will be valid for 3 months from the date earned by the referrer.
10. Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
11. This offer is valid for one transaction, on full price products only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless stated otherwise.

1. The Referred friend is offered a discount off when they place their first order.
2. The reward is valid for 7 days from the point of issue to the referred friend.
3. In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Pour Moi and over the age of 18.
4. Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
5. The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.
